Il mancato rispetto delle istruzioni ed avvertenze dell’automazione sotto elencate che causi un qualsiasi danno a persone o cose è di diretta
responsabilità dell’utente.

ATTENZIONE anche se la motorizzazione è dotata di sistemi di sicurezza questi non escludono la possibilità di rischi residui (segnalati principalmente
da bande giallo/nere) cioè la possibilità che si possano generare delle situazioni e punti pericolosi.

E’ responsabilità dei tutori assicurarsi che i minori di anni 18 abbiano letto, compreso ed attuino le presenti istruzioni ed avvertenze.
Vietare ai bambini di sostare e/o giocare in prossimità dell’automazione e per evitare attivazioni involontarie, non lasciare i telecomandi alla loro
portata.

Ogni visitatore che non faccia parte del bacino d’utenza usuale dell’automazione deve essere informato dagli utenti sulle presenti istruzioni e si
assume la responsabilità del proprio transito e/o del proprio azionamento dell’automazione.
Non azionare le automazioni fino al momento in cui si ha campo visivo e certezza che non vi siano nel raggio d’azione cose, persone o animali ad
intralciarne la funzione.

Transitare SOLO se l’automazione è stata aperta da voi stessi. Non azzardare il passaggio se si ritrova l’automazione aperta da qualcun altro, in
quanto il tempo di transito rimasto potrebbe non essere sufficiente. Attendere che si chiuda, aspettare almeno 2 secondi, quindi aprire e
transitare. Vietato sostare nella zona di manovra dell’automazione.

E’ vietato sostare nel raggio di azione e attraversare con cancello o portone in movimento.
Non avvicinarsi e non toccare i punti contrassegnati dalle bande giallo/nere anche se il cancello è fermo: sono aree a rischio.
Non infilare mani, dita, braccia, gambe o altre parti del corpo né oggetti nelle fessure dell’automazione.
Qualunque utente transitante ha propria responsabilità nell’attraversamento e nell’utilizzo del macchinario ed è sua responsabilità chiedere le
informazioni ai gestori dell’impianto.

ANOMALIE: Non appena si nota qualunque comportamento anomalo da parte dell’automazione, prima di effettuare qualunque manovra
(compreso lo sblocco manuale) togliere l’alimentazione elettrica all’impianto e telefonare alla Ditta Martini, spiegare la situazione e chiedere
consenso ad effettuare lo sblocco manuale; se si riceve il consenso, eseguire lo sblocco manuale (UNICO INTERVENTO CONSENTITO ALL’UTENTE).
Se si nota grande difettosità sulla struttura non rischiare di effettuare nemmeno lo sblocco manuale. Non tentare da soli alcuna riparazione ma
richiedere l’intervento tecnico. Nel frattempo l’impianto può funzionare come un’apertura non automatizzata.

Interventi: Gli unici interventi PREVENTIVI possibili e che consigliamo di fare sono da effettuarsi ad alimentazione disattivata e sono: la rimozione
di eventuali foglie, sassi o altro che potrebbero ostacolare l’automatismo. Nel caso l’automazione sia visibilmente bloccata da un ingombro è
considerata un’ANOMALIA. Si riveda le istruzione “ANOMALIE” sopra riportate.

Manutenzione: Come ogni macchinario l’automazione ha bisogno di una manutenzione periodica affinché possa funzionare più a lungo ed in
completa sicurezza. (min. ogni 6 mesi). La ditta Martini declina ogni responsabilità per danni a cose o persone quando non è stata contattata da
parte dell’utente per la manutenzione. Se la manutenzione venisse effettuata da una terza parte la Ditta Martini declina ogni responsabilità.
Non modificare per nessun motivo l’impianto ed i parametri di programmazione e regolazione dello stesso.

Le istruzioni per lo sblocco manuale dell’automazione sono riportate nel manuale d’uso o collocate a fianco all’automazione.

Consapevolizzare che l’automazione, seppur rispettante i requisiti di legge e le normative e quindi ridotto al minimo il rischio residuo, potrebbe
essere pericolosa se usata in maniera scorretta.

ANY DISREGARD of the below indicated instructions and warnings causing a damage to people or things is a direct responsibility of the user.

WARNING Even if the motorization is equipped with safety systems these do not exclude the possibility of residual risks (mainly signaled by the yellow/black
bands) that is the possibility that dangerous situations and points can be generated

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO STAY within the range of action and to cross when the gate (or door) is in movement.

DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN to stay and/or to play near the automation and, in order to avoid any unintentional activation, do not leave the remote
controls within their reach.

ABNORMALITIES As soon as you notice any abnormal behavior of the automation, before carrying out any maneuver (including manual unlocking),
disconnect the power supply to the system and call Martini Company, explain the situation and request their consent to proceed with manual unlocking (THE ONLY
INTERVENTE ALLOWED TO USER). If you notice important defects on the structure do not risk even with the manual release. Do not attempt any repair by yourself but
ask for technical assistance. In the meantime the system can work as a non-automated opening.

MAINTENANCE. Like any machine, the automation needs a periodic maintenance so that it can work longer and in complete safety (at min. every 6 months).
Martini Company declines any responsibility for damages to property or persons when it has not been contacted by the user for the maintenance. In the event the
maintenance was carried out by another company, Martini declines any responsibility.

DO NOT MODIFY for any reason the system and its programming and adjustment parameters.

INTERVENTIONS. The only allowed PREVENTIVE interventions that we suggest to do, to be carried out while the power is off, are: the removal of any leaves,
stones or object that could hinder the automatism. If the automation is visibly blocked by a space occupied it is considered an anomaly*. See “Abnormalities”.

REALIZE that the automation, even if respecting the legal requirements and the regulations and therefore minimized the residual risk, could be dangerous if used
incorrectly.

DO NOT OPERATE the automation until you have a clear field of vision and you are sure there are no things, people or animal interfering with it.

DO NOT PUT HANDS, fingers, arms, legs or any other part of the body or objects in the slots of the automation.

EVERY BEHAVIOUR that has undesirable effects on things and people due to improper use is responsibility of the user. The complete instructions are given
in the user manual and the consequences actions carried out by the user that are not reported in the manual are the responsibility of the user himself. For any
clarification, before using the product, call Martini through the number on this sign.

IT IS TUTOR’S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that minors under the age of 18 have read, understood and implemented these instructions.

EVERY VISITOR who is not part of the usual users of the automation must be informed by the users about these instructions and bear full responsibility for
his own transit and/or for the automation drive.

EVERY TRANSITING USER has his own responsibility for crossing and using the equipment and it is his responsibility to request the information from
the plant operators.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MANUAL UNLOCKING of the automation can be found in the user manual or located next to the automation.

TRANSIT ONLY if the automation has been opened by yourself. Do not hazard the passage in case you find the automation opened by someone else, as the
remaining transit time may not be enough. Wait for it to close, hold on at least 2 seconds, then open it and transit. It is forbidden to stay within the range of action.

ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN to stay in the area of maneuvering the automation.
